    Welcome to our information center for using Mekashron Call Center Software. You will find that it is simple and easy to get started with your Mekashron application.

     

    Down the right hand side of this page, you can see the contents of the User Manual. These are organized in such a way that you can start at the top and work your way down to the bottom – the order of the chapters is the order that our clients typically find it easy to work with Mekashron Call Center Software.

    If you are new to Mekashron Call Center Software, please review first the information on MySQL. Mekashron uses a MySQL database behind the scenes. All the database management is done for you, so this chapter is just to give you a basic understanding of how the data in your Mekashron application is stored.
