In this section we assume that you have some telemarketing data in your Mekashron system and are ready to see the reporting options that the application offers you.
 
1 - Telemarketing Reports
This section assumes that you are logged in to your Mekashron system as an administrator.
 
To access the Reporting Screen, select Tools -> Reports from the main menu:

There are a number of reporting options and functions that are standard across all of the Mekashron reports. These have been documented in the chapter on Sales Reports, at: Standard Report Options.
 
In this section we will look specifically at the reports for your Telephone data.
 
In the left-hand pane of the Reports screen, you can expand the Telephone Group to see the individual reports:

As you can see, there are two Telephone Reports:
- Outgoing by Operators
- Incoming Calls
 
2 - Report: Outgoing by Operators
If you highlight the reported entitled Outgoing by Operators in the left-hand pane, you will see all the customization options for this report:

The options available for this report are:
- Business - In the Business dropdown at the top right hand corner of the screen, please select the business whose telemarketing data you wish to report on.
- Date - You can filter the data you are reporting on with a From and a To date:

- Campaigns - In this box you can select one or more campaigns that you wish to report on.

- Status - In this box you can select one or more statuses that you would like to include in your report.

- Operators - Here you can select the operators you wish to report on.

- Visible Fields - This control enables you to select exactly the right fields that you would like to include in your report.

Note that in addition to selecting your chosen fields you can also change the order in which the fields appear on the report using the blue arrow buttons at the bottom right of the Visible Fields control. Simply highlight one of your selected fields in the list and click the up arrow or the down arrow to move the field.
 
Once you have customized the report to your satisfaction, you can click the Generate Report button to produce your report. Below is an example of an Outgoing by Operators Telephone Report in preview mode.

3 - Report: Incoming Calls
The second Telephone Report is the Incoming Calls report. It has similar filtering and customization options as the Outgoing report, but reports on the data for your incoming calls only.
