Four years ago, I started working with the software "Mekashron business". Well before I checked the range
of Hebrew support software for managing business databases (CRM).
I found that most of the software available on the market was able to trace the contact information with customers and suppliers, and keep
business information, contacts, inventory, quotes, tracking telemarketing, etc. - but did not allow the production of invoices and receipts.
By contrast, most software producing management accounts and tax invoices does not allow the following of the history of contact with customers.
I was looking for software that combines two needs: a connection with customers and accounting. Among the few programs that allow contact with customers,
including customer account management and the production of tax invoices - "Mekashron Business" has several features more prominent than others:

It’s a quick and cost effective solution to specify the range of actions and
methods of connection. Most of our activities are in promoting cue sports, organizing competitions and championships so we have a need for effective
tracking software. Mekashron direct mail is registered with the athletes union.
