The Mekashron Call Center uses SIP protocol to connect to the IP core, make and receive calls. Per-user software has a personal extension number which he uses to send and receive calls.

What is SIP:
In simple language, SIP is a standard protocol IP core that allows connection. Any phone or IP SoftPhone uses SIP protocol to make calls.

How to check if your switchboard suitable to work with Mekashron Call Center
Contact the vendor of the switchboard and check that your exchange is supported in SIP. If so, it can be connected to SoftPhone, and it’s 99.9% sure that you can work with Mekashron Call Center.
It is highly recommended to check the connection operator with free software called X-Lite and if X-Lite works there is a certainty of 100% that Mekashron Call Center will work.
