Use folders and manage data properly

Folder management
It is highly advisable to devote some thought at this stage to the proper management of our folders and data, below is an example of proper data management:
We see the main folders: repositories, customers, suppliers and employees, with subfolders next to them. Take for example databases that refer to potential customer databases, we will create subfolders for the databases of records we received from Yellow Pages called "Yellow Pages", records from the Bezeq 144 database called "Bezeq 144" and etc.
